Dorothy Katsa is a graduate Production Engineer with knowledge and skill in machine design (design of shafts, couplings, brakes, power screws, springs, gears), Tribology, Plant Layout and Design as well as Maintenance Engineering and Reliability. She is a graduate member of the ZIE and has been attached with Hunyani Pulp and Paper Division during her learnership.

Tinovonga Gunda

Mr Gunda is a graduate in production engineering. He has garnered experience and skills in Total Quality Management, Maintenance management, plant lay out, project management, Machine Design, and has been exposed to the design and maintenance of HVAC systems.

Kamukhelo Nyathi

Brief Profile
Mr Nyathi is a Graduate Industrial and Manufacturing Engineer who has remarkable skills in Production & Maintenance Planning and Control and also specialized in Operations Management and optimisation, and integrates the areas of: Leadership, Budget Development, Project Management, Six Sigma Strategies, and Fast Track projects to optimize operations, achieve cost savings, develop methods of implementing new initiatives established by "Best Practices". He did his graduate learnership at SMM Holdings, and was deployed to General Beltings Ltd. and Pigott Maskew in Bulawayo.
Through various training exposures and past projects, and work experience, Mr Nyathi has expertise in the following areas:
